You may opt out of push notifications and change device permissions in your device’s settings. This information is primarily needed to maintain the security and operation of our application(s), for troubleshooting, and for our internal analytics and reporting purposes.

Controls for Do-Not-Track features

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track (“DNT”) feature. At this stage, no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online.

To generate personalized audio content, we collect information you voluntarily provide through in-app questionnaires, preference selections, free-text prompts, and other input methods. This may include your personal goals, intentions, affirmations, and other details you share to tailor your experience. This data is used to generate and deliver personalized audio content to you within the app. We may also use this data in aggregate or de-identified form to improve our personalization algorithms and develop new features. All user-provided data is processed and stored using encryption in transit and at rest, with access restricted to systems and personnel required to deliver and maintain the Service.
